• FREE Pick-Up at our Lifelike Studio Pick-Up Center (available for any order)
• Lifelike Hand Delivery: FREE delivery for orders $3,500+ within select local areas

Please note: Some specialty and custom reborn dolls may not be eligible for free shipping. Shipping costs and eligibility will be clearly displayed at checkout. Lifelike is not responsible for these charges, as they are determined and billed directly by the artist or supplier fulfilling the order.

Types of Orders at Lifelike At Lifelike, we work with different types of orders that may vary depending on how the order is shipped and who fulfills it. Currently, we offer two main formats: Artist Fulfilled Orders and Custom Orders. Here’s how each one works 👇

Artist Fulfilled Orders Some of our reborn dolls are shipped directly from our partner reborn artists and studios — this process is called artist fulfillment.

Orders that include artist fulfilled dolls usually take around 7 to 10 business days to be processed and delivered, though the exact timeframe is always displayed on the product page.

These dolls are fulfilled by our trusted partner artists rather than directly from our main Lifelike studio.

Custom Orders Custom Orders are purchases made through our website but handled and created directly by our team of skilled reborn artists.

In these cases, Lifelike manages every aspect of the creation, packaging, and shipping of your custom reborn doll. Custom orders typically take 4-8 weeks to complete depending on the complexity of the order.

You can easily identify a Custom Order on the product page or at checkout, it will display: ‘Custom Order, Made Just For You by Lifelike Artists.’

These orders may take additional processing time compared to ready-made dolls. The estimated timeframe is always displayed on the product page and during checkout.
